Topic	Is it silly for the unemployed to feel burnt out and stressed?

If you don't, but you still feel stressed/burnt out/overwhelmed, though, that's pretty likely to be a sign of some manner of underlying mental illness (specifically an anxiety disorder), so it'd be in your best interests to seek treatment for that if you can. --- This is my signature.
