Those with the most accounts would have better odds at the raffle. The current system of allowing moderators to vote on whether to uphold or overturn the moderation is much less open to bad faith manipulation. There's no single mod who controls the disputes, we all vote and if a majority says overturned then it gets reposted. If the vote says it is indeed a violation then it stays moderated. --- Others don't get to dictate what's normal and what isn't. It's something we decide for ourselves.
