Before reading my reply, I'd ask you to look in to the number of states that have rape by deception/ rape by fraud laws and how specific the circumstances must be to even charge someone with it. More than one of them requires other crimes to also have been committed to charge someone with it. For instance, statutory rape could also be accompanied with rape by deception if a 30 year old lady hung around a high school and said she was 16 and used a fake identity to have sex with teens. But in reality, very few DAs will ever even try and apply rape by deception because it's so incredibly hard to convict on or even to keep the charge on the table. There's plenty of other much easier charges to tack on to my example, such as criminal trespassing and child abuse.
