I mean any life altering or fatal disease that could be passed on to a child. Think along the lines of knowing you're a carrier of the gene that causes Horrible Disease X, which has a 50% of making you all fucked up. If you have a child, there is a 50% chance of them getting this gene, and therefore there is a 25% chance that they come out with half a face or something. You should be required to inform a partner of this should you be aware of it.
And gay people would also need to share this info even if there's no risk of pregnancy? Or infertile cis women who literally are incapable of becoming pregnant?
