I mean any life altering or fatal disease that could be passed on to a child. Think along the lines of knowing you're a carrier of the gene that causes Horrible Disease X, which has a 50% of making you all fucked up. If you have a child, there is a 50% chance of them getting this gene, and therefore there is a 25% chance that they come out with half a face or something. You should be required to inform a partner of this should you be aware of it.

Accidents happen, and they may not want to take the chance of potentially having a child with said illness.

See, it's not about harm, or "oh no I'm gay now", or any nonsense like that. It's purely about informed consent. Just like someone needs to make sure that their partner isn't inebriated, or has fully consented to all stages of an intimate event, both parties need to be fully informed on who they are having sex with.

Here's the thing. Trans people deserve to be who they want to be. But the person who doesn't want to have sex with a trans person? They deserve to be treated fairly too. Doesn't everybody have the right to not be... I want to say 'tricked', but people are going to accuse me of saying all trans people trick people... so, mislead?

And I happen to think that infringing on someone else's right to trust the people they are intimate with should be punished. It's not "trans people bad". It's "people who use deceit to get people to do something they wouldn't do otherwise bad".
