People need to stop claiming nonsense like this is "Assault". It's a tap on the back of the head. Obviously don't do it all the time, but now and then its fine to make sure people are paying attention. Next your going to tell me that tapping someone on the forehead telling them to use their brain is assault. Christ... back when I was growing up, stuff like this was normal and we weren't arresting or firing people for stuff like this.
