I don't have a problem with it, so I just closed my eyes as they loaded me in and I was fine. But I also know someone who has a bad case of it who started to panic when he got one. The key is to remember not to try and get out (most likely panic sitting up and smashing your head into the top of it). If you get too bad they can pull you out (it has a quick release sort of thing where they can slid you out fast specifically if you start freaking out). If you're super-bad you might be able to ask them for a sedative first, but most people can handle it by just sort of closing their eyes and thinking about other things.
