The song existed before Undertale. Years before Undertale. This album came out in 2011: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbUTyGfolX0 ...because it was used in this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WyKbbP8ft0 And Toby used it for an Earthbound ROM hack in 2009.
