I have to agree with the people saying that she SHOULD say something. It's the right and honest thing to do. I don't care how good they make it look. It's not the same thing.

And this is for both male and female. If a transgender male has had an operation down there, I believe he should also be honest about it and let his partner know.

Do you tell everyone you get intimate with that you're a cis man? Or do you think only trans people should reveal that information?

I know it doesn't happen. But ideally it should. I'm kinda old school. One night stands are a different beast but you open yourself up to way worst risks than fucking a biologically born man when you go around doing that.

"Biological man" isn't a scientific term and at best it's a misnomer based on a lot of assumptions and ignores how utterly complex and vast sex actually is. Please refrain from ever using it.
