Upon first glance, a frequenter of the website whence this article originated might be led to either believe in or be skeptical of the absurd idea of a country sending in a resignation of sorts, much like a frustrated, underpaid worker who feels that his talents are being wasted and neglected. However, upon reading the article, the reader would soon discover that it was just this Tokayev bloke's board of advisors that resigned, not the country that they work to oversee. One can infer that the title was intentionally phrased poorly in this fashion, possibly to garner views for this article for the extra revenue that would be obtained by luring its loyal readers to fall prey to the advertisements they would encounter upon visiting this particular article.
