Topic	why do landlords raise rent?

Takes a certain type of person to be a landlord. My fianc's parents used to own a bunch of houses that they rented out. Her mom said she felt disgusted with it like she was some kind of slumlord. Her dad had literally no problem with any of it. He recently bought a few more. He sleeps just fine at night. Yeah fuck I couldn't do it.
