Topic	why do landlords raise rent?
TeaMilk 01/05/22 4:12:50 PM #1:	Maybe stupid question, but whats the justification for it? As a homeowner, my mortgage is exactly the same each month. I guess property taxes can increase, but its not usually by much (I think there's a 3% cap) The landlord of my bfs mom keeps hiking up the rent a ton every year and it's stupid.
