So where are the Silent Hill games? You can still buy SH1 on the PS3 store. Otherwise it has never been re-released. SH2 & 3 are now only available as part of the HD Collection, which is a far inferior way of playing them. It's backwards compatible on Xbox Series X et. al but no such luck on PS4. Silent Hill 4 was recently re-released on GOG. It was actually a pretty great port too, even better than the old PC version. Honestly your best bet is getting the Silent Hill 2 Enhanced Edition as a start. As for me, I'm playing through the Japanese PS2 version since I just got it for Christmas. --- I've decided to put my fears behind me.
