Freedom has different connotations for different people. Part of being free is deciding what freedom means to you. That means you don't get to decide what somebody else needs or wants. That's not your right.
I'm a strong believer in bodily autonomy. People aren't consenting to being infected, or to being refused medical care because the hospital they went to is full. Why don't you weep for that loss of freedom? I don't respect anyone's freedom when it comes at another's expense. We have laws in society. We don't just let everyone decide what they want to do, damn the consequences or collateral damage.

"It's their freedom to take away your freedom" is not a logical argument.

You know how some right-wingers will say the government's one duty is defense or protection? I sort of share the sentiment. A wide-scale crisis like this is one of the things government should be for. They have a moral obligation to protect the populace. Healthcare is the most important thing in the world. No one can do jack shit if we're all sick or dead. If the government can't even do that, then fuck 'em. Dismantle the establishment.
