I've had the verismo chair for years of daily use and it hasn't started to sag yet. I'm sure it will eventually, but it's been good so far. That's good, a comfortable leather chair with back support and head rest is my ideal chair I've been shopping around but need an alternative to office depot because the one near me closed down.
