Topic	Why does side A still continue to convince side B to change their ways?

If side B is unvaccinated, do you really think bothering with them will change anything? After this long? Of course it won't. If side A is a democrat and side B is a republican, why is side B going to bother trying to convince side A that their party sucks? Or vice-versa? I'll never understand how many hours each person wastes on a daily basis making fruitless arguments/discussions with the opposition. Literally nothing will change. It's too late.
