how you keep up with the fees and make sure those get paid off

Spreadsheet that tracks all the cards I keep a balance on. The majority are cards are ones that I am parking a 0% balance transfer and promo on. Only one charges interest (2%). The spreadsheet tracks monthly payments, as well as when I have to pay the card off before the promo expires.

I review the spreadsheet at least once a month and check all my balances at least once a day.

Any cards that I can set to autopay are setup that way so I dont have to be tracking manual payments for the most part.

Im an accountant and pretty anal when it comes to this, so its all in my wheelhouse and stuff Ive done with businesses anyway so no big deal. Wouldnt recommend most normal folks do the juggling act though.
