My feet are rough, lot of wear and tear over the years and I still hike and stuff, but in winter the calluses on my feet dry and crack and it's painful until it heals over. Tried many things, so I just deal, I was kind of a hippy in regards to walking around a lot outside barefoot. Foot lotion and wear socks like all the time. I basically wear socks whenever I'm not in bed and my feet are soft as a babies bottom. I do have weak ass feet tho.
