Topic	Why are people allowed to have ten alts here?

And I'm not saying people who change their username and at least try two percent to feel like they're master hackers. I'm saying people who don't even try where they make it obvious. Like if I made accounts called Azurexnightmare 2, 3, 4, and 5. We all know who these people are.
