Granted this bar should have cut him off OR agreed to serve him if he surrenders his car keys and let's them call a cab when he's ready to leave. I noped outted from bartending at Red Robin after going through TAMS training. Basically the last person that served someone an alcoholic drink is liable IF that person is over the legal limit which is basically 2 drinks. So even if someone is already sauced when they come in but not showing any signs, if you serve them even one drink and they leave and kill someone you're liable. Which is very common, they get cut off at establishment A and go next door to establishment B. Because America, it's always someone else's fault. --- "You go.
