Medussa 12/08/21 6:18:16 AM #5:	the people investigating the police need to not be otherwise reliant on the police. there should be a state level agency whose sole job is to investigate and prosecute crimes by law enforcement, prosecutors, district attorneys, judges, etc. people who actually have an interest in holding them accountable, instead of having to play nice because they have to work together on normal cases. --- Boom!
