The unidentified man was accused of staring at and trying to solicit his phone number to a group of young girls before going on a homophobic and sexist tirade in the Massapequa Diner on Saturday around 11 p.m., Louis Cozzolino, who shot cell phone footage from one table over, told The Post. After being moved far away from the girls, the alleged perv who was seated alone was told to leave by the waitress identified by Cozzolino as Sondra Albert, because other staff didnt want to wait on him, either, according to the frequent diner patron. He was being repeatedly rude, calling her a bitch, said Cozzolino, 21. Youre not going to call me a bitch, youre not going to sit near my boss wife, youre not going to call people a lesbian you sure as hell aint going to look at underage girls, the waitress scolded the man, prompting a round of applause from Cozzolinos table. I dont want to look at underage girls, the anonymous man replied. Youre a pedophile and freak and you deserve to be locked up in Bellevue. And thats all I gotta say and Im asking you nicely. In a second video after the man apparently refused to leave, Albert who confirmed to The Post that its her in the video stopped asking nicely. Ill kick your ass you dont frighten me for one minute. The way you speak about people who are lesbians and young children, the waitress said before being interrupted by the mans own inaudible defense. Oh youre so frigging full of shit! Tell it to somebody who cares, youre not wanted here, Albert yelled, pointing to Cozzolinos table as witnesses who would back (her) up on the account. The man then argued that Albert had a bias against him and said she refused to serve him for no reason two weeks ago. I didnt want to serve you for no reason? Did you take a good look in the mirror? she responded.
