Same kind the military uses for MREs. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00N1CI1FU/ Note that you don't actually need the container the instructions say you need. Any similar glass / pyrex / stone tub will work just fine. Use this to cook some canned soup and that will keep you warm. These things give off hydrogen gas when used so make super extra sure no candles are lit when you use this. You can also just buy MREs with the heaters.
