I don't see any mention of him being charged with perjury for this testimony. Perjury requires you to prove that the person is lying under oath. If nobody can prove otherwise, he can say whatever he wants: a lack of perjury charges does not in any way indicate that an absolute truth has been told. --- This is my signature.
