| Topic | Is Animal Crossing supposed to be boring? |

It didn't help that the villagers were super bland up until the very latest patch or that all of the holidays are not included in the core game (they have to be downloaded during certain times, which is crap). All the random islands you can visit are boring and dull, and there's no awesome mini games you can play there. Add to that now you have to craft basic tools just to do anything - and they break all the time - and it just doesn't cut it with me. And you can't even collect all the fruit without visiting other players! It sounds dumb, but it shouldn't depend on multiplayer for something basic like stupid fruit. Pretty much the only things it really has going for it are better graphics, a way better museum, and that you can put stuff outside now. It lacks in nearly everything else. The previous one, New Leaf, is really awesome though. That's my favorite by far. Definitely give that a shot if you can. --- Equin 2: The Warren Peace- Out now!
