Fucking douchebag comes out w/ a gun to confront someone unarmed and not being aggressive/violent, fires a WARNING SHOT at his feet (which any gun owner w/ a single brain cell will know there is no such fucking thing as a "warning shot" when missing and bullet ricochet is a thing), and then feels emboldened to shoot the victim when he has the audacity to try and pry the gun from him in actual self defense, because the fucking stupid law allows HIM to then claim "self defense", since SYG doesn't give a flying fuck about who the instigator/aggressor was.
This scum bag might actually pay for his crime b/c the victim's GF caught it on video and is a witness. If she wasn't there, the police would take the murderer's word at face value as far as what allegedly happened. Hell, even w/ it, it's been 3 weeks and no charges.
Also fuck that mom for staying w/ the guy who murdered her kid's dad. That poor kid...
My thoughts haven't changed. It is heartening to see so many of the youtube comments call out the shib bag mother that orchestrated all of this by refusing to hand off custody of the son as legally required. Of course she won't be in any legal trouble...
