Sure aint gonna stop everyone but it will be another difficulty added to their life. Should at least slow down their ability to drink at bars/clubs which is probably a good chunk of drunk drivers. Heck id be down for they aint allowed in clubs or bars. And that's just a add on to what we already do to them. To me being drunk or high should never be an excuse to a crime it should make the punishment worse. I say that as someone who drinks frequently and has done drugs.
