I meditate 3-4x per week

Sit comfortably, touch your fingers together like a monk. Breath belly breaths only through your nose. Close your eyes, in a quiet area.

Let your mind go crazy. You'll anchor yourself to your breath in a sea of crazy thoughts. Might be nonsense. Might be good. Maybe angry. Maybe horrific. Maybe ecstatic. Observe the emotion but don't feel it. Breathe. Maybe you'll run out of things to think or feel and you'll just be silent. There's no goal.

When you feel like you're done, open your eyes

It is as powerful as any drug if you're consistent
