| Gobstoppers12 11/27/21 3:07:45 PM #9: | First offense should be mandatory suspended license until you complete a safety course, pay a fine, etc. Second offense should be a permanent suspension of your license, no ifs, ands, or buts. Drunk driving is extremely dangerous. Also, if you cause an accident while drunk, you should at least get a vehicular assault charge.
