It would be stupid to call the police right before youre planning to do something illegal. Plus he had several witnesses with him while at her house who certainly would have turned on him if he did something stupid. Also, how the hell do you all propose he get her license plate without following her? I highly doubt he has paper and pen while riding his motorcycle.
