If it was me, it would be easy to remedy tho. Just start doing stuff where money isn't the issue when hanging out. Simple things. If she's genuine, then she should have no problem with you adjusting to make her feel more comfortable about the situation. If she doesn't, she might of just realized you guys don't fit as good as she originally thought.
