Topic	What can minimum wages actually buy you?
WingsOfGood 11/23/21 11:18:02 AM #1:	Minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. Can you buy a shirt with that? Apparently even Goodwill prices shirts at $6.99 and thus $7.50 after tax. Can you buy lunch for this? Most fast food place I know of are over this for enough food to satisfy and barely close to this to be going on a diet or anorexic. An uber ride to your job probably cost more. Most dumb toys cost almost $10 now even so you can't even give your child a nice little surprise.
