She had an ultrasound done a couple weeks ago and they said everything was good but found a fibroid that's kind of pushing against the wall of the uterus. They said that could cause issues in another pregnancy if the placenta happens to attach on that part of the uterus, but they can't guarantee it would happen or that if it did it would lead to another loss. Our options are to take the small risk and continue trying now, or have it surgically removed in January or February whenever they can get it scheduled and then wait another six months for recovery before trying again.
