Judge has decided the jury will disregard the blurry ass pictures entirely because the Prosecution has been unable to prove that it's reliable. The jury instruction for reckless endangerment for the first shooting is if McGinnis (the reporter who was behind Rosenbaum and started the series of blowing up the entire Prosecution) was in danger, when he wasn't in danger since he thought he wasn't in the way of the gun shots. --- I stream sometimes.
