Gungeon is probably the closest, although I never really played it much.

for turn based games, well a lot of the major, "real"/"proper" roguelikes have modes where you can turn off permadeath. But those are probably still pretty hard/complicated, so I think it might be better to go with a Mystery Dungeon series game (I guess Shiren 5, aka the Tower of fortune one might be the best overall option but there's a lot of different flavors of mystery dungeon to go into if you're interested) or maybe a game that's inspired more by Mystery Dungeon like I guess Tangledeep (although I haven't really played it enough to comment on). Or if you want something super pared down and to the point, One Way Heroics.
