I can't give you the exact time, but I tend to like mine boiled in salted water for about 5-5 1/2 minutes. Be careful when deshelling them, as the whites give way pretty quickly. One thing I've learned is that there is one side on the top or bottom that has a little divot. Once you find that side, crack away the shell there and blow real hard.
