Topic	Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, get the vaccine booster shot and a flu shot together.

It may not have been related to getting both it seems as I looked it up (wasn't easy to find) and almost 7% of people who get the 3rd shot experience severe pain. I'm sure there is a range for that as well, as mine was significant. What is worse is I have degenerative disc disease and I manage it by sleeping on my side, and being careful how I bend over etc, but the muscle spasms and pain in my right arm set off the muscles in my back as well, basically I was just in a world of pain and unable to move for over 24 hours.
