Lower and middle class people HAVE to spend money, and almost every last penny of theirs will be put back into the economy unlike the billionaire class. Except splitting billionaires money would give us each chump change last I read. You have to tax millionaires, the middle class, and lower class as well. Obviously not all at the same tax rate.
