There is a lot that didn't hold up (or wasn't good to begin with) but there's a lot that's good. My kids enjoy several things on the mini, and that misses several good titles.

RBI Baseball and Tecmo Super Bowl hold up as simple sports games that you can play against almost anyone. The problem with modern sports games is that there's enough complexity that someone who plays a lot will always crush someone who doesn't: that didn't used to be AS problematic. Punch Out is still fun. My kids surprisingly like Double Dragon. Final Fantasy has it's issues, but they like it. Contra/Gradius are a brand of simple arcade fun that doesn't exist outside of frustrating-to-play mobile games now. Zelda is still simple fun that beats almost all mobile games that would otherwise be similar. Dragon Warrior 4: still pretty good. Dr Mario/Tetris are solid.

Etc etc there are others.
