They always make me feel like gaming has generally gone backwards, and I feel most of them hold up better than other more modern consoles (Playstation, for example) I really notice the 2-5 minutes it takes to start playing any game made in the last 20 years because you have to wait for all the splash screens, loading screens, menus, etc. I also loathe tutorials. Most modern games you have to play for like two hours before you can start playing the game. Contra? I'm up and running in less than 30 seconds. I can probably finish the first level of Super Mario Bros 2 before you can even start playing Grand Theft Auto 5. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
