The worst weather condition I would have to deal with on the midwest is tornados. I would rather live through a hundred blizzards/ice storms than a tornado. That said, I would rather live in a suburban or rural area in both areas then in an actual city. --- After 16 years, I have decided my signature will NOT be about my job!
