Well, Metrics is pretty straight forward.

Frames rendered: Just he total frames that it managed to fully render over the course of the benchmark.
VRam Usage: Just your video ram and how much it used on average. This really doesn't matter, as long as you're not pushing the upper limit of your card. And if I remember right the 3080 has well over 5.3GB
Memory usage: Pretty much the same as VRam usage, but regular RAM.
Texture pool: That's basically how many textures were loaded into the ram. Which looks to probably be finishing off your VRAM. (Does it have 8GB?)

The FPS and GPU FPS is fine. I'm assuming you have a 60FPS monitor, so more than that isn't really going to help. (If there's a vsync you can turn that off...) So it's rendering more frames than you monitor can show.
The Game's Framerate is a background thing. Usually has to do with physics and what not.

The rest seems fine. What program are you using for the benchmark? Most I've seen have a Compare to Similar Systems option. Which will tell you if you're doing something wrong.

It's a game called Gears Tactics. Are there any free things that have the Compare to Similar Systems option?
