Yeah, but if we are giving the vaccine to 300+million people, doing one small extra thing makes a difference.

It's probably like 1 in 10k people or fewer that accidentally get it in their blood stream, but multiply that by 300+million people and that's still 30k people who might have adverse reactions we could easily prevent.

And 30k less talking points towards people against the COVID vaccine saying it has safety risks.

It's a common sense thing that doesn't hurt, which is why we should be for it. Acknowledging it is pro-vaccine because it suggests that the vaccines when administered correctly are even more safe.
