Got really sick with all the main symptoms other than loss of taste/smell, but my fever was only 100.1 and back in April 2020 I needed to be at 100.4 to be eligible for a COVID test in Nebraska because they didn't have many of them. Doctor just had me stay home from work until I went 2 days with no symptoms.
