Inspector found numerous problems, including improperly stored meat. Instructed them to toss the meat out. Finished his inspection and went to his car. As he sat in his car, he witnessed employees fishing the meat out of the dumpster. He went back in and made them throw it out again, then poured bleach over it so it couldn't be used. They claim they were just getting the containers out, but why wouldn't they just empty the containers in the dumpster?
