I've only played the first 3 games but I know Drake's brother doesn't show up till uncharted 4 Also that brunette lady wasn't in til the 2nd game but if this is pretending to be about the first games mission, she shouldn't be involved I dont think its meant to be the first game, its definitely its own thing. The first game was about Sir Francis Drake, not Magellan.
