Oh yeah, there actually are naming conventions that some of the races follow in-universe. Like Lalafells have, like, a repeating sound in their first and last names (ex: Tataru Taru, Teledji Adeledji, Nanamo Ul Namo, etc.), and Miqo'te usually have an apostrophe separating the first letter of their name from the rest (ex: Y'shtola, G'raha, M'naago, etc.). Meanwhile, Elezens all have French-sounding names like Louisoix or Laniatte, while Roegadyns are, like, Welsh or something, like Merlwyb and Bloefhiswyn.

This obv doesn't matter, since it's also something a new player wouldn't know, but if you want to sound "official" or whatever, there's that to keep in mind.

Is this explained/mentioned in-game or is it something players have come up with on their own?
