Not really.

The refs buzzing in for a review on an obvious play was dumb as hell, but assuming that never happened it looked like the initial spike (that "never happened" because of the review) got off with a second left on the clock. Stadium clock kept going to 0:00 but that was totally a homer clock, the NBC replay clearly showed a second left on the spike. So Seahawks would get the same kick from the same spot.

It was really the Seahawks who were at risk there because if they said the review call happened at 1 second they wouldn't be able to run a spike at all because of the running clock and would have to rush a FG snap.

Like everything that happened there ref side was dumb but no one got screwed.
