Every single one of them should be able to speak out... outside of work. Doing things at your job against your employer is not free speech. That said, had they actually had the support they pretended to have a strike might have made a difference, but I think what we are learning is that these small angry mobs, while very loud, are very small. And the vast majority of sensible people aren't on their side. A grumpy woke warrior should be able to spend every hour of every day outside work ranting about netflix and how it's awful/evil and whatever, and so long as they come to work and do their job, they should not lose their job.
