It's a pretty solid action game, especially co-op. 6 trash, avoid. 7 was a great return to form, they stripped things back to basic survival horror and ditched all the ridiculous ongoing plot stuff (kinda). It does tail off but I'd recommend it. 2 Remake is probably my favourite game in the whole series, it's terrific. Haven't played 3make or 8age. Revelations 1+2 are somewhere in the middle here, they're fun experiences if you like RE but not top tier.
